In-House Attorney
One of the many benefits of using LC Financial as your collection agency is that we have a staff of in-house attorneys, including our General Counsel, Kenneth J. Freed. Ken Freed is also one of the principals of LC Financial.
All litigation within California is commenced through the Law Offices of Kenneth J. Freed. If a lawsuit is necessary to collect an account, we have the means to file many suits without going to a third party attorney. In addition, legal questions can be answered by a competent staff with extensive experience in the collection industry, specifically in commercial litigation.
Ken is active in coordinating all of the litigated files with our staff of attorneys, so there is a single point of contact for these lawsuits.
