• Flexible Free Demand - A single demand letter sent to the debtor from our office, on our letterhead, demanding payment in full within a set period of time, with a deadline for the debtor set at 10, 15 or 20 days. This "final warning" shows third party intervention, shows you are serious about collecting the account and will show the debtor's intentions on paying the account. Any payment made during this period is at no charge to our client.
• ECHO (Early Collection Help Option) - Our completely customizable letter service allows you to approve the content of the letters, the frequency and the quantity. We will send as many as three letters to your customer. If the account does not roll into collection, there is a nominal $10 fee.
• Immediate Collection - The immediate handling of a claim within minutes of its placement.
• Online Services - Our software allows 24/7 access via the web to input new claims, view updated collection activity on your existing claims or to communicate with us about a potential claim or an existing one.
• Audit Program - Designed for companies in transition and/or with large receivables. Diplomatic letters and personal contact is used to verify the actual outstanding balance in order to determine the most effective procedure to bring the receivables back in line.
• Small Claims Department - We have established a staff of professionals whose sole responsibility is collecting smaller balances, therefore ending the worry those smaller claims will be passed over to work larger ones.
• Bulk Placement Program - For clients interested in year end clean-outs, quarterly reviews, division or company "wind downs." Helps companies with a large amount of claims for a one time discounted fee.
• Bankruptcy Asset Recovery Assistance - An aggressive program designed to assist reorganizing companies by increasing cash flow.
• On-Site Seminars - Our professional collection experts will provide training and informational seminars on avoiding future collection problems and collection techniques specifically addressing your industry.
