Individual Claim Management
Every time a claim arrives in our office, it is reviewed by a member of management before it is entered into our system. This way, the best strategy for handling the account can be put into practice from the first day of handling. Supervisors, managers and ownership are actively involved in seeing your account is handled properly and to a satisfactory resolution.
Once a collector is assigned to handle your account, a supervisor monitors the progress and communication not only between LC Financial and the debtor, but between LC Financial and the client as well. Management and ownership are constantly watching communication, performance, behavior and the interaction between all parties. In the meantime, you have one point of contact for all your questions, as an experienced account manager is assigned to handle the day to day communication between the client, debtor and attorneys.
